Veterinarians

Dr Anne Dynon BVSc

Anne graduated from Melbourne University in 1973. Her first position was in Dubbo, NSW treating horses, cows, pigs, dogs and cats. A year later she moved back to Melbourne, and after a stint in horse practice decided to her passion was small animal medicine and surgery. After working in various Melbourne practices, Anne purchased Flemington Veterinary Clinic in 1989. A few years later the building was extensively renovated and upgraded to become Flemington Veterinary Hospital.

Anne has a special interest in veterinary dentistry as well as over 40 years experience in general small animal medicine and surgery. As an academic associate of Melbourne University Anne involved with training veterinary sudents at FVH. Anne has 1 pet, a Bichon Frise called Sparkle.

Out of work Anne enjoys catching up with family and friends, and walking. Anne and Sparkle are members of the New Haven Dog Walking Group. Anne is a past member of Flemington Rotary Club and a committee member of CIKA (Cancer in Kids Auxillary).

Dr Chantelle Mc Gowan B.V.Sc

Chantelle is very excited to be joining the team at FVH. Growing up in Ballarat, it has now been 10 years since Chantelle moved to Melbourne for her studies and now considers herself a coffee-holic through and through!
Graduating in 2011, Chantelle spent 6 months in mixed practice before coming back home to Melbourne. She has spent her career building her passion for best care, feline medicine and pet behaviour - or she prefers the term "pet mental health".
Owned by two cats, Chantelle and her husband love checking out the secret bars of Melbourne and appreciating a good glass of wine. Or two.

Dr Nadia Timol BVSc

Nadia graduated from Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia in 2012. She worked at the Busselton Veterinary Hospital in country Western Australia for almost 2 years before relocating to Melbourne with partner Mat and kitty-cat Bagheera in early 2015 and joining us at Flemington Veterinary Hospital. Nadia's particular interest is small animal medicine and surgery with a keen interest in wildlife. Outside of work Nadia enjoys a variety of crafts (furniture upcycling and jewellery-making), travelling  and photography (her last adventure included India, Nepal and home-country Mauritius) and she is having a fabulous time exploring Melbourne's cafes, bars and live-music venues.
